Treatment.Com International Inc. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement of Up To $500,000

Vancouver, British Columbia, September 28, 2023 – Treatment.com International Inc. (the “Company” or “Treatment”) (CSE: TRUE; OTC: TREIF; FFA: 939) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,333,333 common shares in the capital of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) at a price of $0.15 per Common Share (the “Offering”), for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

The Company intends to use the proceeds raised from the Offering for working capital purposes. The Offering is expected to close on or before October 10, 2023. The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.  The Offering is not subject to a minimum aggregate amount of subscriptions.

The securities issued pursuant to the Offering have not, nor will they be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons in the absence of U.S. registration or an applicable exemption from the U.S. registration requirements.
